OSCAR'S FOUNDATION: INTRODUCTION/MISSION STATEMENT & DONATION LINKS (Fiscal Year Runs 10/1 thru 9/30)

                INTRODUCTION/MISSION STATEMENT: 

Oscar's Foundation (dba Oscar's Animal Rescue & Facilitation) is a VERIFIED Public Non-Profit Charitable Organization 501(c)(3) set up in the State of Oklahoma on 9/22/2022 & registered to do business under the Solicitation of Charitable Contributions Act.  NOTE: "Verified" by Candid/GuideStar, the world's largest source of non-profit information on charitable entities; "Public" as determined by the IRS; "Non-Profit" means organized for a non-profit purpose; 501(c)(3) means the non-profit is recognized by the IRS as being tax-exempt by virtue of its charitable programs & operations. 

Overpopulation of stray & neglected animals in communities around the world today is a matter of grave concern.  Oscar's Foundation continually intensifies & evolves operations to address this growing concern, with their proven Public Charitable Programs (funded with Public Donations-donors include individuals, businesses, etc. who provide support in various ways to help fund & provide for these "public charitable/animal welfare programs" that assist in providing supplies, veterinary care, foster care, permanent placement expenses, etc. incurred in carrying out the mission of the Foundation) providing for the welfare & care of stray & neglected animals taken off the streets & placed in their Foster Network, where cared for & kept until delivered to permanent loving homes arranged by the Foundation, constantly growing the foster network & expanding their base of eligible adoptive parents.  These Public Charitable Programs also provide assistance to qualified financially strapped current owners of household pets allowing their pets to remain with them in their safe & loving home, thus out of the shelters & off the streets.  Oscar's Foundation provides qualified training, of some of the rescues taken in, as Emotional Support Dogs & places them with individuals battling Depression/Anxiety & in need of such trained dogs; this not only provides a home for some of these rescues, but provides a great service free of charge to those individuals in need, which appears this particular need increases each & every day.

The success Oscar's Foundation has achieved (since their formation in 2022) in benefiting animals in need, as well as individuals in need of Emotional Support Dogs, is a living testament to the importance of their work; the strays saved each & every day would not survive were it not for the supplies & care provided by these Public Charitable Programs and funded with Public Donations.  WITH THE GENEROUS SUPPORT OF DONORS TO THESE PUBLIC CHARITABLE PROGRAMS, HUNDREDS OF ANIMALS WILL BE ABLE TO LIVE LONGER, HEALTHIER, & HAPPIER LIVES, AS WELL AS INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF AN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG CAN GET SOME ASSISTANCE & RELIEF!
