By signing below:  I agree to Oscar's Foundation's adoption process, will undergo a possible home check, and interview at the discretion of Oscar's Foundation.  I understand Oscar's Foundation will check my references including veterinary and personal. I understand there may be an adoption fee associated with adoption of a pet facilitated through Oscar's Foundation (depending on the particular situation of the pet chosen for adoption). I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oscar's Foundation against any losses, lawsuits, claims, injury, damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed.  I understand that Oscar's Foundation will disclose any of the pet's health or behavior issues known by them before adoption is completed. I understand that if I no longer want my pet, or am no longer able to care for my adopted pet at any time, Oscar's Foundation, the Facilitator of this adoption, is under no obligation to accept a surrender of my adopted pet.
