I am going to take it easy this evening and have a nice dinner out with my significant other and then we will probably take in a movie. We will be home in time to toast the New Year in together.
I almost finished a chapter in my book yesterday; I had a little more spare time than I originally thought. I should also have time today to write a little.

End of a Decade Draws Near
Hi! Well, it's almost time to begin a new decade. Have you made your resolutions for the New Year? Now is the time to look back on the past decade and through the experiences of the past, hopefully everyone has learned tremendously from those experiences; now create a better life for yourself with the knowledge you have gained.
Even with the economy as it is, there are still ways to better yourself in non monetary avenues. Betterment doesn't always have to be measured in terms of money; it also has to do with the way one thinks of themself. If you need to me a more honest person, do that! If you have a hard time accepting who you are, work on that! Don't worry so much about what others will think or say, just be true to yourself.
Don't know if I will get anything accomplished today on my book as I have a lot of work at the office today. I have a goal to at least make progress everyday at breaks and lunches in order that I finish it within a few months. I can't wait for it to be released as I want to share my life with the readers in hopes one can learn from my past experiences and draw upon that knowledge in whatever way they can to make their own life even better.

First Day
Hello everyone. I just set this blog up. Be patient with me as I have a lot on my plate right now. In addition to a position in purchasing, I am also a writer. I am currently in the process of writing a book which I know everyone will enjoy reading when I am finished and it is published.
I am having a great time with my book as it brings back so many memories. Today I worked on illustrations for the book and that will take some time; I am downloading some software to assist with the illustrations.
Who knows what time I will have tomorrow or how much I will get accomplished; check back and see yourself.
